Site survey & analysis
We visit your site, take precise measurements, assess soil condition, drainage patterns, sunlight, existing vegetation and any constraints that will affect the design.

Concept design
We produce an initial concept design showing the overall layout, planting zones, hard landscaping elements, paths, water features and structural planting.

Detailed plant schedule
A comprehensive plant schedule specifying every species, variety, size and quantity, with preference given to indigenous Nigerian plants that thrive in Lagos’s climate.

Technical drawings
Full technical drawings showing planting plans, levels, drainage, irrigation layout and any structural elements, everything needed to proceed to implementation.

Implementation quote
A detailed, itemised implementation quote so you know exactly what every element of your design will cost to build, with no hidden surprises.

Two rounds of revisions
Your design includes two full rounds of revisions. We work with you until the design is exactly right before we proceed to the next stage.
